Egypt: Seven heavenly knots where energy streams meet. Seven spinning energy centres in our body along spinal column; a meeting point of different streams of energy. When flowing properly and in balance they allow ‘etheric’ energy to flow freely between our physical and energy bodies and higher planes of consciousness. Linked to the Endocrine System and major nerve centres. Colours and our balance reflected in our aura. Connected to our overall sense of wellbeing. All can hold blockages; need to work with each centre to release (on every level, through the radiant bodies – etheric, emotional and mental planes). Seven colours of the spectrum and seven planets, seven metals – seven veils to remove. Can be balanced by sound vibrations, the colour spectrum, healings and meditation practices.
