Connecting to our ‘Higher Self’
Divine Self, Higher Nature, Overself, or Guardian Angel
Our ‘Higher Self’ or ‘Divine Self’ is a greater part of us that exists on a higher dimensional frequency than our physical world. It is part of us – the complete or full essence of who we are. If we can look upon it from the perspective that we are a being that is powerful beyond measure – that is already ‘perfect’ in terms of being aligned completely with love, so therefore without any doubts and fears – our main focus must be to let this greater part of us shine.
When we surrender and allow guidance to come and flow through us we connect directly to this higher aspect. Rather than viewing a ‘separate entity’ that we must reach out to – like a Guardian Angel – all we need to do is ‘keep ourselves’ out of the way. When our ‘lower nature’ or ‘ego’ is confused, we block the power of our divinity.
