If we have a desire to change the world we live in, to make a difference – to create a better place – then there is no better place to start than the world that lies within us. Our inner state is nothing but a reflection, and the outer world, a true indication of the conflict that occurs when we are unsure how to reconcile our head and our heart; the process of logic we are used to following, and our own feelings. When we find balance, we find we are free of doubts – clarity reins over confusion. We realise ourselves and in doing so, we realise the world.

Synopsis
A Wing and A Prayer The flight to freedom offers a way forward for humanity on their journey, as a collective, towards a greater understanding and therefore 'consciousness' of all of the dimensions of self.
It invites us to enter the worlds that lie within us and explore them, acting as a light on the path to greater understanding of not only who we are, but how everything that we are – the entire sum of our thoughts, dreams, and desires – serves to create our world of experience.
It acts as a guidebook for the uninitiated yet willing; those who are ready to open their minds in answer to the feeling that will not go away – that there must be more. More than we can currently see, more than we are able to grasp – yet it is ours if we choose to accept it.
We are taken on a journey, which requires only a leap of faith, and carried on a flowing stream that supports our passage through the Underworld and the mysteries of the inner sanctum, to the realms of light.
A new sense of clarity emerges. New awareness; a far greater understanding of how we may rise above the limits we can place on ourselves to arrive at a new level of consciousness, of being, and of peace. For it is only when we venture into our inner world that we are able to claim back the power that allows us to consciously shape our external world. And it is only the fear of the unknown that keeps us held within the bounds of a daily 'existence' that allows us to do just that, exist. How do we find the freedom we all desire – the knowledge of the open door that we may take to fly our cages – if we are unaware that we are caged?
However gilded our prisons may be, they are only the confines of our mind – our current paradigm. To fly beyond what we perceive as our reality requires little more than a willingness to embark on a journey. We must learn to read the signposts that we will find on the way, and call upon our inner resources to discern the path as we reach the crossroads – but most of all, we must trust the magic that unfolds as we live each chapter as our very own – through our own physical experience, mirrored back to us, as we are knowingly 'the subject of our own experiment'.
We are not born to be followers; we are leaders – each capable of drawing upon our own limitless resources and of sharing our own unique expressions. Every one of us holds a part of the piece of the puzzle that is the whole – a vision that only we can complete. When we discover our own true nature, we participate in the evolution of all of creation, for in singing our own tunes the chorus soon grows.
All the tools are provided – not in the form of lessons we must undertake, but to enable awareness of the structures that confine us, and in recognising them, allowing us to transcend them. It is a book about life – our life – and how to improve every facet of it. In our quest for the Holy Grail within, we find our own values serve us, and discover the true measure of our worth.
Ancient knowledge that has been coded and passed in secrecy is woven through each step of the journey – the threads part of the fabric of our being, known on a deeper level – now being brought to light. Golden strands that sew each layer together as it emerges, gathering momentum, spiralling with the force of creation – widening our horizons and our peripheral vision, and ultimately, revealing an intricate tapestry of existence that is as infinite as the realms of our imagination.
We are the journey. We are each word that forms on the page. We are the seeker, and the found. We are home. There are no limits to where the truth will take us – for it sets us free.
